RingCentral Authorization Required
The RingCentral API requires authorization to access call data. The app is currently not configured for password authentication.
Current Status:
✅ API Credentials: Stored
✅ SmartMoving: Connected
⏳ RingCentral: Authorization needed
Error: OAU-251 - Unauthorized for this grant type
Option 1: Quick Fix (Recommended)
Log into RingCentral Developer Portal and enable "Password" grant type for the app:
- Go to developers.ringcentral.com
- Find your app (Client ID: ZqSF6TxJy0...)
- Go to Settings → OAuth Settings
- Enable "Password" in Allowed Grant Types
- Save and wait 5 minutes

Once authorized, the dashboard will show live call data from RingCentral.
