RingCentral Authorization Required

The RingCentral API requires authorization to access call data. The app is currently not configured for password authentication.

Current Status:
✅ API Credentials: Stored
✅ SmartMoving: Connected
⏳ RingCentral: Authorization needed

Error: OAU-251 - Unauthorized for this grant type

Option 1: Quick Fix (Recommended)

Log into RingCentral Developer Portal and enable "Password" grant type for the app:

  1. Go to developers.ringcentral.com
  2. Find your app (Client ID: ZqSF6TxJy0...)
  3. Go to Settings → OAuth Settings
  4. Enable "Password" in Allowed Grant Types
  5. Save and wait 5 minutes
